列头柜是一列机柜设备比较顶端的一个机柜。通常在比较前端的叫列头柜,比较末端的叫列尾柜,主要功能是对这一列柜的交流或者直接负载提供电源,起到配电,监控,测量、保护、告警等功能。列头柜类似于柜式的配电箱,里面集中了很多断路器。接下来介绍一下列头柜的主要作用及使用原理。

什么是列头柜?

  列头柜是一列机柜设备比较顶端的一个机柜。通常在比较前端的叫列头柜,比较末端的叫列尾柜,主要功能是对这一列柜的交流或者直接负载提供电源,起到配电,监控,测量、保护、告警等功能。列头柜类似于柜式的配电箱,里面集中了很多断路器电源分配列柜简称列头柜,而列头柜又分为普通列头柜和精密列头柜。普通列头柜主要用于通信机房及站传输设备机房,安装在设备的列头和列尾,与条形架通信机列、光端机列等配套,通过本设备中的配电装置,为通信设备进行电源配。

 精密列头柜是机房配电在整个机房中起到至关重要的一环,但是也是很容易被忽视的一关,现在的机房设备服务器、空调、UPS、风机等都已经做到了随时可以监控的这一步,而机房配电的监控恰恰是一个空白,传统的配电柜也只是几个表头加上几路所需的开关而已,即使做动环监控也只是在配电柜里进行二次改造增加各种模块。这样既繁琐而且效果也不大。

  机房配电回路一般是双路市电接入,首先进市电配电箱,一部分给UPS,一部分给空调和照明、普通插座,UPS下端再进UPS配电柜,分配到各个列头柜,经列头柜后接入各机柜PDU再到负载。

列头柜电源进线一般选用双电源进线,当一路电源系统故障断电时,另一路电源自动投入以保证供电连续性。为实现短路、过载保护,在双电源前使用塑壳断路器,提供短路、过载保护,还具备隔离功能,方便检修。箱内一般需设置电气火灾监控系统,电气火灾探测器和监控单元。由于机房设备对雷击非常敏感,所以一般要选配浪涌保护器。

  列头柜的主要出线回路可以选择塑壳断路器,如果有需要,可以加装漏电模块。机房设备的供电连续性非常重要,列头柜进线处配置有电力参数测量仪,能实时监视电气参数水平,及时发送故障报警信号,提前发现潜在的故障隐患,同时监视用电能耗水平。

In order to achieve short circuit and overload protection, plastic shell circuit breakers are used in front of double power supplies, short circuit and overload protection are provided, and isolation functions are also provided to facilitate maintenance. Generally, electrical fire monitoring system, electrical fire detector and monitoring unit should be installed in the box. Because the computer room equipment is very sensitive to lightning strikes, it is generally necessary to select surge protectors.
The main outlet circuit of the column cabinet can select the plastic shell circuit breaker, and if necessary, it can be equipped with a leakage module. The power supply continuity of the equipment in the computer room is very important. The power parameter measuring instrument is deployed at the entry line of the column cabinet. It can monitor the level of electrical parameters in real time, send fault warning signals in time, detect potential potential failures in advance, and monitor the energy consumption level at the same time.
